What Is the “Remind Publisher” Button?

On the seedbacklink platform, we offer a variety of features designed to simplify communication and collaboration between advertisers and publishers. One of the key features you can utilize is the “Remind Publisher” button, available within the Buy Backlink menu.

Purpose of the “Remind Publisher” Button

The main function of this button is to send an automatic notification or reminder to the publisher when your backlink order has not been confirmed or processed within a certain period of time.

For example, if you have placed a backlink order but the status remains pending and no action has been taken, you can click the “Remind Publisher” button to notify the publisher that the order needs attention.

Once clicked, the seedbacklink system will automatically send a notification to the corresponding publisher’s account, prompting them to confirm or start processing your backlink order as soon as possible.

Is There a Similar Feature for Publishers?

Yes. A similar feature is also available for publishers — the “Remind Advertiser” button, located in the Sell Backlink menu. This button can be used when a publisher has already completed their task (e.g., published the backlink according to the advertiser’s request) but is still waiting for confirmation from the advertiser.

In this case, the publisher can simply click “Remind Advertiser”, and the system will automatically send a notification to the advertiser, urging them to confirm the completed order.

Deadline Extensions

Please note that using either of the reminder buttons will automatically extend the order deadline. This ensures both parties have sufficient time to complete the process properly and avoids unnecessary order cancellations due to delays.

No Need for Manual Follow-Ups

With this reminder feature, you no longer need to manually contact the publisher or worry if your order is not progressing. The system takes care of reminding the other party, so the workflow remains smooth and timely.
